At Modaselle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return period for all items in their original, unworn condition with all security tags attached.

Pack Your Items

Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer boxes, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included.

Attach the Shipping Label

Affix the provided pre-paid shipping label to the outside of your package and ensure any previous shipping labels are removed or covered.

Drop Off and Track

Drop your package off at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5 business days of receipt.
