18K White Gold 7.64 Carat Sapphire Pendant

One 18 karat white gold pendant of traditional design featuring a two-tiered cluster frame with a central four-claw setting securing a faceted cushion-cut sapphire. Surrounding the sapphire are full cut diamonds with marquise-cut diamonds on the outer edge, and a trefoil cluster of additional marquise-cut diamonds at the top. A single pear-shaped diamond is set at the base of the cluster. The pendant measures 26.6 × 18.2 mm and is suspended on a medium gauge 18 karat white gold bevel oval link chain, 1.1 mm wide, measuring 19 inches in length and secured by a lobster catch.
